Kaiwaka’s Resident Ad Clarijs , Cheesemaker and founder of  Windmill Cheese shop has decided to share his skills.   

Where:    4 Windmill Lane  Kaiwaka .

Time:       Start at  9.00 am finish 3.00 pm.

LUNCH is included!!!!  and so is coffee and tea ( may be even a biscuit).

• I will teach you how to make  cheese at home .
• You will also get a piece of cheese to take home(similar to what you made)
• Some essential ingredients for cheese making will be for sale .
• Printed  instructions in case you forgot what you learned on the day.
• Certificate when course completed !!
• Cost Per person for all that  $ 125.00
